How does my order treat and save animals?

Every product you buy and purchase from us 5% of our profit goes to saving and feeding the animals.
Our team will feed the animals from the 5% profit collected from every product you buy from us. Photos and videos of these feedings will be posted on our webpage and Instagram handle.

Do we sell pets along with products?

No, we don’t sell pets. We also sell pet products. The pets on the website are for ADOPTION. There is no fee and we don’t charge for adoption.

What are the modes of payment we accept?

Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, Debit Cards, UPI and NetBanking.

How long does an order made online take to reach me?

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 1-3 working days to be delivered based on your location. Orders are subject to availability of products in our warehouse. Outer state products might take 5 working days to deliver.

How many days after I buy something can I return it?

Return on food items will only be accepted if the product is either damaged or expired. Return for other products will be accepted within 3 days of delivery.

What all products are eligible for exchange and returns?

We will NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt):

  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats etc
  • Personalised products that are made to order
  • Beds, play pens and crates
  • Dog Toys & Cat Toys
  • Items purchased during sales

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Product is used or altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer

Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.

Can I cancel my online order?

Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched. You can make a cancellation on the website or by emailing us on [email protected]

What if I receive damaged goods / expired products?

We keep a very eye on our goods and are careful not to stock or ship products that have passed their expiry date. If damage has occurred in transit, do get in touch with us on [email protected] within 24 hours of your delivery

How can I Adopt an animal?

The adoption detail of the animal will be tagged along with the photo for you to understand the background. You can either mail or whats-app to us the animal you want to adopt and the processing will be taken from there.

How will Donation  work?
The amount Donated to pawcare will directly be donated to the food and treatment of street animals. Postings of which will be done every Sunday on the website and pawcare Instagram  handle.
