Do I need a membership to get access to all the features.
Yes, you can opt for monthly, quarterly , half yearly or yearly subscription. which gives you access to a set of unique features listed above. We cap the number of members to ensure that that your appointment starts on time, you can spend quality time with your doctor, and that we deliver a best-in-class experience for you and your pet.
How do I book the vet Appointment?
You can easily book your vet appointment by either giving us a call at 7968350204 or leaving us a WhatsApp msg on 9324650565 with the required time slot and date. We will connect you to the vet on the time slot booked.
How will I be connected to the vet over video call?
We will be sending you a link over WhatsApp to connect with out doctor over video. Alternatively you can also connect with us via WhatsApp video call.
How will the birthday gift voucher for my pet work?
We will be sending you a 500 worth Rs gift voucher that will be redeemable on the Pawcare website and app. There will be no additional charges. This voucher is only eligible if the subscription plan of the month is active
What animals are covered under this subscription.?
All animals from dog, cat, rabbit, turtle, aquatics, snakes, cow, goats etc. are covered in this subscription.
Do you accept Dog insurance?
Currently we are just aggregators of Dog insurance. However Dog insurance is claimable and redeemable at any vet, anywhere in India.
If I don't use consultation for this month, will that be carry-forwarded to the next month?
No, the planned number of consults can be used in that month only. There will be no carry-forward to the next month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Debit card, credit card and G-pay.
Can I cancel my subscription plan?
Once the payment is done, you cannot cancel the subscription plan.
